WaterColours by
Tracey Davies Art
Hello! I’m Tracey
I’m an artist from Holywell, North Wales. I love to paint watercolour portraits and paintings from photographs, but I also enjoy various other media including acrylic and art styles such as abstract.
I have only painted very occasionally over the years since I left school but I always wanted to be a full time artist and after 40 years working in admin and schools etc I am finally living the dream!
I LOVE the sea (and water in general hence my logo colour theme!) and love nothing more than being at my favourite beach in the world – Trearddur Bay – or open water swimming in one of our beautiful Welsh lakes! I also adore animals hence my love of painting pet portraits.
In the coming weeks and months I will be adding new art styles etc and I am excited to share them with you!
Portfolio
My work
Photographs for paintings can be of your pets, home, favourite place/view. (I always like to have a pet’s name so I “get to know them” a little too.) I have even painted a jet aircraft and a motorbike!
I can work in traditional watercolour style, pen and wash or “doodle style*” (*not pets).
Watercolour paintings will be supplied in a smart white mount, backing board and a clear cellophane bag.
